This poem is for you.

You’ve written such beautiful poetry

You are my prophet of truth

You’ve touched my heart truly

So I’ve written this poem for you

Sometimes your poems seem so lonely

Sometimes you write of sadness and despair

But let me tell you only

A heart and soul can be repaired

So let’s begin the emotional healing

Open your heart and let me through

It’s time we share our feelings

Cause I’ve written this poem for you

You've written another lovely poem. A great message of hope and encouragement. Sometimes, a person needs to know that there is someone in their life who wants to help them. Too many people are only interested in their own lives and don't want the stress of someone else's problems. Opening up can be difficult, but is such a relief of a burden when you find the right person to talk to. A heart and soul can be repaired, but it's something that people forget when they're drowning in sadness or pity. They need someone to take them by the hand to show them all the happiness they're missing. You are certainly the perfect person to do that. This is a beautiful poem, Melanie.

Thank you so much, Jeff! I agree with you 1000%! Sometimes its so hard to open up to people cause we're so scared of being rejected and emotionally hurt, but we sometimes have to take that chance and if we do it's so surprising to find out that there are those out there who will listen and love! Thanks again so much!

A beautiful poem that rhymes beautifully ;) the world needs more people like you In it my friend. So many people are hurting out there and have no one to turn to. To listen to them and love them truly. I know that you are beacon of light for these people and for that I salute you ;) keep up the "good" work ")

Thank you so much! Yes, there is so much sadness but much joy that so many of us miss out on. I don't know if I'm a beacon or not but if my poems bring joy or help in any way I'm very happy and grateful they have.

You are just truly amazing Mel. I find you inspiring, and I believe you could write a ebook full of positive poems, and so many people would find romance under the moon, under the stars, under the sun; love never fades out anytime soon, holding hands going faster than motor cars, away from poison and a dagger lovers enchanted can finally run!
This is just so beautiful to read, and I always feel light reading your poems. Like a kite gliding in arm, still flying ignoring the wind's violent stare. Your poems put people in a trance, arguing gone, proposing on top of the Eiffel Tower in France.
I love how the person has already been touched, and when the poems are losing a bit of that magic, the person now decides it is their turn to make a sunken ship sail across water again, and the way you have told it is a trip into anyones heart.
It rhymed some ethereally, because a heart and soul can be repaired, and you are the most positive person Ive met in a long time, so I believe it even more.
If anyone even found you, like a Romeo and Juliet romance, it wouldnt end in tragedy, it would last forever!

Dexter, I so love your responses!! There are poems in and of themselves. If I ever do collect my poems in an e-book I'm going to include your responses too! They are also so inspiring to me as well. You always make me smile with your comments. Thank you so much. You're awesome!!!!
