A poem of leaving darkness into love

The stones scattered as the wall fell.

A visage, lovely and mysterious,

Across the river, she beckoned.

The stones I gathered

Into the river I cast them

One by one, until a bridge built.

To each other we ran,

Our arms outstretched.

Embrace we did, our arms entwined,

Our lips pressed together.

A most ardent kiss, a fire stoked

Our bodies meld into one

Our souls entangled, forever joy.
