When life looks darkest,
And things just aren’t going right,
Don’t hide in a corner
And cry alone.
I’ll be there.
I’ll hold up the light.
If you’re lost and can’t remember,
How to get back to where you were,
Don’t keep driving around in circles.
I’ll be there.
I’ll keep you safe.
When the world gets too close,
And you feel like you’re going under,
Don’t stop swimming.
I’ll be there.
I’ll pull you in.
When the phone won’t stop ringing,
And you think you’re going mad,
Don’t forget you have a friend.
I’ll be there.
Waiting on the other end.
