Well, I just tried to write a poem about fitting in at a new school.

In the new school
A look around the class
Not one familiar face
Took a seat at the back
Desperately wanting to hide

Things used to be different
Faces I recognized
Many laughs shared
Thinking about it
A tear fell down my cheek

Lessons dragged on
When the bell went
They went among themselves
The only one left
Was me

Looked down at the floor
A hand on my shoulder
I looked up
Was welcomed by a huge smile
And my new best friend.
