Come here, my love, and I will not drown you

My kisses are wet

Of the unfathomable sea

Wild

Do not mistake my love for submission

Even when I shed my pelt for you under the warm Sun

And heat rises from our skin

And our bodies roll together like the tide

I’ll never truly be yours

Ungraspable as sea mist

Come here, my love, and I will not bite you

My kisses are sharp

Of the mysterious forest

Wild

Do not mistake my love for submission

Even when I grow my fur for you under the cold Moon

And heat rises from our skin

And our bodies roll together like the circling pull of gravity

I’ll never truly be yours

Ungraspable as moonbeams

Come here, my love, and I will not peck you

My kisses are brief

Of the eternal sky

Wild

Do not mistake my love for submission

Even when I shed my feathers for you under the distant stars

And heat rises from our skin

And our bodies roll together like the tress in a storm

I’ll never truly be yours

Ungraspable as wind
