Mortality is a weakness.

Immortal thy beauty,

My ignored existence inspire;

Lifeless my soul, brought life.

Unceasing thy love,

My longing heart encompass;

Great my sorrow, caused joy.

Everlasting thy mercy,

My fragile nature embrace;

Mundane my state, granted perfection.

Boundless thy glory,

My dark path illumine;

Wrong my ways, provided guidance.

Infinite thy goodness,

My shallow desire endow;

Mere my wants, furnished true delight.

Eternal thy truth,

My vain conceit enlighten;

Futile my beliefs, revealed true wisdom.
