By night the dreams appear,
Their voices in the dark I hear.
They tell countless tales,
Into their stories I fell.

Suddenly I roamed the sky,
I had no wings but could fly.
I drifted with the wind flow,
I was moved easily with a simple blow.

I closed my eyes for a second,
In that moment I began to decend.
Fish seemed to swim all around,
I realized I was not on solid ground.

Countless schools of fish I saw,
They were beautiful with no flaw.
I began to sink deeper into the dark,
It was a journey I dared not embark.

I awakened to reality gasping for air,
Covered in sweat from my feet to my hair.
The voices then once again came,
My attempts fight them were in vain.
