You are that rose.

The most beautiful rose.

The rose I cannot touch,

The rose I only watch.

You look for love,

You are my love.

There is no other,

No other flower.

You are my one and only,

Yet you remain lonely.

Reach out for you I do,

You see that I do.

That I do love you,

That I always have.

But you keep your distance.

I will remain persistant.

But tire one day I will,

That day you will become ill,

Ill with lonelyness,

Ill with heartache.

Don't let that day come,

Besides me there is none.

None that will love you,

Adore you, caress you.
