Emptiness becomes my peace
And hate becomes my home
Doubt fills my life
But love would complete me

Lies are my only sanctuary
And truth escapes me
Seeing what is right
But still doing what is wrong

Frustration fills my heart
And it consumes me
Grab my hand and try to save me
Try, try harder

Friends seem to be my enemy,
Always pushing me away.
Family try to see the best in me
But not what I have become
