“Unsettled Settling”
I've settled.
Decision made.
Right? Wrong?
I'll see.
In Mexico.
Permanent resident.
Good food,
Friends, weather.
Unsure stirrings.
Adventurous nature.
Why now?
Covid? Age?
Other countries.
Maybe better?
Mexico beckoned.
I succumbed.
I've settled.
But, forever?
Decision made.
Mind whirling.
Right? Wrong?
No importa.
I'll see.
I'll survive.
