Bitter, sweet winds kiss my cheek,
as that silver eyed orb watches
me travel through the darkened streets.
Continuing my travels to its unknown destiny,
as my mind continues to concentrate on
that woman - my love.
Longing to be with her, hold her next to me,
and be engulfed by her passion.
Still, she is away from me,
while I travel through the sea of unfamiliar faces -
searching for something I know not of.
Like an Astral traveler
surging through the metaphysical plain,
longing to find true reasons
of this complex life.
But yet, none is truly found.
Of course, I know to well,
there is no answers to this on earth.
All that I can hope to do,
is to get back to the woman I love -
for that is all which matters to me.
And the spitirual search I long for,
can only be done within me.
