The Promised Land

Cut my wrists in half

Blood coats the floor

1460 times 50, you do the math

Leave my bloody hand print on the door

 

I feel so alone inside

Red stains my every hope

Scars on my arms and thighs

The knife is my only way to cope

 

Let the pain fall down

Blacked out by the releasing

Sooner or later I'll come around

So done with the pleasing

 

Every drop giving my soul

Suck in one more breath

Never again to be whole

Now I'll enter into the promised land

Death
