Souls put in a bag
Facial features of a hag
But still a heart of pure sweet gold
Will take your body stiff and cold
The eternal ghosts linger in the air
With cold faces and wispy hair
And yearn for a living’s warm touch
That could take them so higher but…
Never to be seen or heard
The burdens of something so absurd
But their sadness will never end
And never to the skies to send
Their souls to such a peaceful place
All will not be able to face
And so they linger in the air
No mortals with any care
But without their knowledge souls fly high
And try to make contact with groans and sighs
But bound to earth with the golden gates locked
New souls would be so shocked
No heaven or hell to end their wait
So instead they wander ‘til late
All for the need for their families touch
But none shall get such luck
