Iraq-War

The missiles launches in disgrace
as it scars the soldier's robust face...
A missile weeping in despair
as it passes through the bloodcold air.

Many lying home awake,
praying for their spouse's sake
praying that the war wil end
praying that their wounds would mend.

Weapons groan as they cover ground
The metal screeching pain-the sound
Their only ally big and strong
in the death of friends they do no wrong...

when they fight for they country!
pride is their food.
courage the water.
without a soldier no good...

Your body aches, it shrieks, it grieves
as the sight of war enforce beliefs
the empty weapon, cold and bias
when life itself starts to deny us

US, the soldiers at war
fighting, craving for more
than just the freedom and hope
of Devine Intervention, their only rope

to lift then up from a chaotic reality
of a nightmare so macabre..it's sad
when we think of the life He could've had-
The tiny child playing alone with emtpy shells

in the dust of men,
where blood will help the coloring in,
playing along, a part, again...
