We'll see!

Five heads, grin from pikes

Seven decades is so long

The food in jail sucks!

Sunlight shines on me

Summer is hazy, lazy

Breeze touches my face

The writing scribe scribes

Subjects so hard to come by

Excellence, who knows?

If writing falls down

In an on-line cyber-place

Does anyone hear?

Stuck in the same place

Cannot move, or get away

Days repeat again

Ebb and flow of days

From this window flying by

Just a fun house ride

Trying out, all new

Who is to say yeah or nay?

Just sounds good to me

My life-line, sad keys

Tell a tale that never ends

Broken record plays

Got writer’s block, bad

Mind is just blank; what the hell?

There must be something

Broken man gets by

By writing down all his thoughts

Some are just crazy

Sawed-off thoughts run

My head is bursting with stuff

Some good, most bad; s**t!

Five, seven, five, done

This haiku deal; it frustrates

Overflow of words

Oh mike, these are so well conceived and written. They pack a punch in their very brevity. Sunshine and lazy hazy - lovely. Cyber space and lost writing, love it; fun house ride and ground hog days - oh Mike...
and now this format? it's perfect for your writing and your thoughts. Bitter bullets or bright blinks...
