After the guns have quieted their wailing, 

After the piercing war cries have silenced,

After the killing and the hunger

And the pain brought by violence,

There will be more;

Anarchy is a cruel and temporary state;

Before a new warlord fits his crown

And storms to his thrown,

There is only a passing of time

And waiting
