This poem is very personal to me. In life people confront me or talk about me. Do they have the right to do that? It happens to all people as well rumors are like a bacterial virus that travels through the grapevine in society. Its up to us to deal with the mean remarks that leave our pride so low. This is dedicated to all people who feel what I feel. Don't lose hope.

Chatters in my head...

Constant insults I have read...

In the past I have caused hurt...

But they don't have to blurt.

Speak of me again...

I will ignore the pain...

There is sickness of being the center of attention...

But I think of it as total redemption....

The past is the past....

Love will never last...

Time never stops.

They will never speak of me again when I am on top.

Just they wait..

When I use them as bait...

They will feel what I have felt...

And they will think twice when they feel regret had crept...

Karma will seize to amaze...

I wonder where they were raised....

To have so much power...

And think I am much lower....

What gives them the right to talk to me or about me...

While drinking a cup of tea...

Do they feel prestige?

Do they feel honor?

Do they have the ability to push me to the corner?

Only time will determine who is better....
