As I Gazed At My Grandson
I Looked At Him And Said
'My Dear You Are So Perfect'
Then  He Bowed His Little Head.

As I Looked Down At Him
I Could See A Little Smile
Then He Walked Off To His Room
And Played For Awhile.

He Looks At Me As If To See
Right Through My Heart And Soul
What A Wonderful Gift I Have In Him
The Stories That Are Untold.

They Tell Me He Is Different
But Falls And Scrapes His Knees
Plays With His Father's Tools And Things
He’s Not So Different To Me.
