English 11 Poetry Project #10: Lyric poetry (here, it means feelings, and has little to do with music)

Inspired by: See title

I don't quite know how to say it.

Finally, at long last,

I feel complete.

That empty part

I've always known was there

has filled completely.

Entirely. Wholly. All synonymns thereof.

All my worries ruptured.

In a permanent disrepair.

Shattered, broken.

Lost, forgotten.

All of them.

Even now, I can feel that good pain.

Not entirely emotional, but physical as well.

A direct result of a force of human nature

similar to static cling.

I relied on it, put every drop of faith in it.

The static of the human nature

mixed with the polarity of the dependency

combined to form a timed implosion

of influenced fate.

An embrace of things otherwise impossible.
