How does this make you feel? Or what does it make you think of?

I’ve got the mind of an addict, but I don’t seem to care.
Characteristic, I’m sorry.
My world is confusing and everything topsy turvy.
Don’t ask me for directions because I’m free falling this.
You wish you know where you’d end up,
And somewhere far from this odd little place,
Is the place you were stolen from.
Like one day you’ll be home again,
Without the pain of feeling empty,
Without the confusion and panic.
With no anxiety, to make me sick.
But this is my world, and I haven’t even figured out how to get to the moon.
Sometimes no ones here to visit,
But I don’t mind being alone because silence can be beautiful.
When my mind starts to twist and flies all around,
It’ll return you safely, felt like an awkward dream.
But I live there, so I could die.
