The Anger...

The anger inside me has taken flight

I'm afraid

I hold my tongue

The words my lips would create

That won't be a pretty sight

I can feel my heart beating

The anger pulses, my fingers are bleeding

I hate every word you say

I'm nothing like you

Not a word that comes from you is true

Can't say I'm surprised that you're sick

You'll sit alone

With only your wounds to lick

Everything you see will be gone

I can't imagine how that will feel wrong

The anger is like a song

Building, building to reach the throne

My head buzzes like a throng

You push me to where I am now

At the top of my anger, you're in for it somehow
