A Life Story of a Piano

When you came,

I didn't know you.

Didn't know what you can do,

What you could be?

I turn you to life.

Mother told me "You play it."

But I didn't know you.

Nor, want to live with you.

Time came again,

I tried on you but,

I was disgraced, disappointed.

I said "I will never learn to play you."

It's been long time I haven't seen you.

I noticed there's something I need.

No music within me.

I decided to start, learn and live with you.

I learned the basics,

But it's not enough,

But I still stopped the lessons.

Deciding not to impart with you again.

Time again, I got a chance.

It seems that "Now I know you better."

We played sharps, flats and neutrals.

I rhythmically pressed the black and the white key.

To the melody, dramatic, nocturnes.

From pianissimo to fortissimo.

I hit soft then hard.

Your life from minor, came to major.

The Do's to Ti's, they all harmonize.

What notes and chords can't do?

They collide and conspire with my feelings.

Emotions became so true.

All have passed, still we're together.

You suppressed all my old convictions.

I regret all the time I left you alone.

Now, I cherish the time we consume.

First my world revolves with just for those that want to see me.

But, you turned it, be to those you want to be.

Thought, I was just nothing with you.

But it seemed that I'm everything when I'm with you.

I halt, not meeting you again.

For a long time once again.

My tears fell, I didn't feel it came.

You're all alone once more.

We grew older.

Live by our means.

Grow weaker each day.

Set apart by the time.

Thank you, for not the experience I had all throughout.

But by the ever splendid time and emotions I had.

Leaving was all I did for you.

Because of me, I tormented you so that I won't forget.

This is how time worked.

The longer we've been,

The more chance we had not been together.

Forever, it's not just your life

This life story is ours.
