"Those who dispense justice with an iron grip shall likewise be squeezed." His eyes blazed with primordial fury.

She would have none of it. She turned to face the mirror and pinched her cheeks. "Sometimes, you just need to pack and go. No need to make a fuzz like a common monkey."

"And do what? Run away like a..."

"Like a what?" She shot him a sharp look. "A woman?"

"What I mean is, you can't cut and run every time the going gets tough. You just gotta stand your ground and fight."

She walked over to the window. The mountains gleamed white in the distance; looking at the sky above them, she said, "Migration is the key."
