The Tables and Chairs are being so loud,
We move them to and fro for we cringe at the sound,
We feel not haughty, nor proud,
So we shall destroy the tables and chairs,
For being so loud,
I raise the axe and cut the wood,
It runs in fear of me as from a monster should,
I am not humble, nor meek,
It is those tables and chairs I seek,
We cut and scatter and bury the pieces,
We wipe them out, their race their species,
Now the hollow rooms are empty and bare,
We find ourselves free to stand crouched and stare,
We no longer fear a noise from a single Table or Chair.
