There is sunlight on the road ahead
Disturbing images coming into frail
Endowed by the demonic touch
One that does not even have a tail

A moments pause is set into stone
As well call upon the winter beast
Until we cut the corners of roamers roam
So we can set the sail due to east

Maybe we can reach the inland soon enough
Coming against the rocky mountain high
Setting the bucket down on roads so tough
So we can let our own sorrows out and sigh

Rolling past, horizons on our right cease
Well upon the journey we have set upon
Till we head down into the valleys crease
The one thing on our agenda to become

So we take the spiral of our limited right
Peering into the vastness array
So we can bathe things in out of sight
As we settle into the dusk-ridden day
