They mistake our sinister perch
For confinement from humanity
But we sit in shadows purposely
For light be wary of our crazy demeanour
It knows to be conscious of illuminating our insanity
Thus casting not even a shadow
As if laying to rest a nonchalant fever
And he loves her menacing grimace
And she loves his threatening scowl
In awe of her treacherous bodice
In awe of his deafening growl
Well we cannot speak for you all
But we do love like wildfire
With glistening blood for eyes
We charge with delight, weaponry in hand
Slashing and grinning
We gift body upon body to one another in love
And he loves her menacing grimace
And she loves his threatening scowl
In awe of her treacherous bodice
In awe of his deafening growl
Overcome with psychosis
My threat upon you is imminent
And I manage your demise so gracefully
So perfectly rancid it is
And he smiles ear to ear at my ‘innocence’
So terribly infatuated I am
With these torturous methods of mine
I cling to the sharpest star plunging it through your chest
So beautifully jagged an incision it is
And she smiles ear to ear at my fiery spine.
And he loves her menacing grimace
And she loves his threatening scowl
In awe of her treacherous bodice
In awe of his deafening growl
