When you get so low that people pass you by they become so blind you have to spell it out.

Can I ask something of you?

I know I can ask you anything

Can you be the person I can turn to without being shouted at and judged........

Thats all I need right now

Can you be the person who, with me, rises above all the pettiness and sits quietly thinking alone, with you sat next to me for support?

Can you please be the person I can say things to without worrying about the repercussions or an outburst?

Can you be the one that will let me sleep when I am tired and weary?

I'm trying to reach out to you here for some help and sanctuary, I odn't think you're seeing it, I thought you knew me, I'm holding my hand out.......

Please take it and just hold it for a while.
