The way I feel

When you smile my body illuminates
I look into your eyes and I drown
Your breathing I feel on my cheeks
Your dimples I want to just crown
Your kiss is so soft, yet so passionate
You spoil me with words in my ear
I see you look into the depth of me
I hold you I want you so near
I trust in your voice, what you’re telling me
Endearing in every word
Your skin is so smooth it’s incredible
The way I feel, slightly absurd
When fervour takes over our beings
We clutch hold in desperate need
So hard to be close and still separate
Trying hard to fulfil our greed
If the world was to fall and elude me
And in this galaxy I was to land
I make only one wish today
I want you there holding my hand
