As we go afloat,

On this lake, we so humbly float.

In a simple oak wood boat.

In your arms, you hold me as delicately as a thimble.

They trace the lines of my face, your fingers, so nimble.

Your eyes are so blue, honey.

When i look at them I feel like I'm lost at sea.

Here are we,

You and me.

The two of us, together.

Now and forever.

As we go afloat,

On this lake, we so humbly float.

In a simple oak wood boat.
