he always seemed to crave the girl

that he could never get
and though he would write notes to them
not one, he'd ever met

"oh dearest betty crocker
i adore the way you cook
i'd love to try each recipe
you've outlined in your book"

"hello there, mrs, butterworth
i love your ample size
the sweet taste of your syrup
never fails to tantalize"

"i love you, aunt jemima
you're enticing, ooh la la
perhaps with mrs. butterworth
a nice menage a trois ?

"good day, my little sun maid
i don't even know your name
but i believe in raisin' hell
so tell me, are you game ?"

"i cherish you, st. pauli girl
my hands reach 'round your waist
and then i pull you close
for an intoxicating taste"

but all of them ignored him
like he was a man, diseased
although they liked to advertise
they merely adverteased
