the stars were singing softly
as they mingled in the moonlight
a gentle voice was rising from the sea
how can i be lonely
when surrounded by the dark night
astounded by the moonlight

I agree! Nature can fill your soul! Good idea and conveyed nicely in such a short poem!
I like it, thanks for sharing your thoughts.
thanks foxglove....i meant it to be longer originally then realized it was meant to be short
deffinetly agree that nature is veery purifing
A soft side of moonphish - nice.
Kind regards, Wilbur
thanks wilbur....i do have a soft side at times...not too often, just enough to throw people off
I really like this. You have a very special and lovley writing style, so honest. I have noticed that sometimes you honesty comes across as humor and other times as sadness, and other times still as beauty, as with this one :)
Very perfect, it captures the true essence of a night alone. It is so true and it is so.... well lovely :)
thanks peace....i love visiting the city of solitude but i wouldn't want to live there....i appreciate your kind comments
