Poem.

What saddens me is you think that you've won,

And I'm alive because of you,

Yet you wanted me to die.

I'm sorry I did not give you a son,

I cannot control what genetics do,

And I'm sorry that I cried all the time,

If I were a quiet child, maybe you'd be happy.

You brought me into this world, did you think that I'd be grateful?

I never asked for you, a mother who's very hateful.

To despise you is why I was born..

To never let you hurt me, this is what I've sworn.

Your anger and your bitterness are done,

And mother I have to let you know,

That you have never won..
