A A A

For years and years I've tried to strive,

And finally I feel alive,

After all the years I've  tried to fight,

Finally I see the "Light"

I know that's corny, and used a lot,

But my chances have not been shot,

I'm just beginning my new life,

Finally I can say 'good bye' to the knife,

Once and for all,

And finally I found my call,

For once in my life I feel happy,

And I don't want this to sound sappy,

But this is all thanks to you,

And I know you say it isn't

But you don't understand the things you do,

You helped me understand,

My whole life is in the palm of my hand.

I control who I want to be,

And thanks to you, I can finally see,

I will be whoever I want to be.
