I see the world
in a stunning potriat

Containing one dead and black rose

One tall stalk topped by a drooping collection
of black petals

It is still beautiful
even in death
While still being repungent
in its mortality

It stands there drooping
in a pool
of its own black petals

while surronding it
is a city in riun

buildings which once reached to heaven
now only span a few stories

their jagged edges
like the teeth of some predatory animal

Its aura is one of dankness and decay
like a stagnent swamp

but this is newly ruined
while incased within is a long dead rose
just starting to truly die

this is the world as I see it
