Since I discovered the haiku like form of poetry, I fell in love!

Watering eyes – blue

Transparent tears
broken

A very nice thought. True Haiku is 5 syllables, 7 syllables and then 5 syllables, but there are variations to that format. Here's one: Cat is mesmerized // A warbler picks at thistle // Thin glass separates

I said it was haiku like, I never said it was a haiku. And why post other peoples work as a comment on my own work?

Oh, well excuse me. I did say there were variations, and yours was one of them. The quote, as you say, was my own work and served only as an example. Sorry about that.

I wrote a haiku once, and I know how they are written. I just don't like it when people comment with work of someone else. Sorry.
