The beauty in your words is unbearable
like roses being thrown after a wedding is over
The bride, pleased with herself at the moment
turns and throws them over her shoulder
All these love hungry women reach out
Shoving, pushing, screaming
to grab flowers
thinking maybe they’ll lead them to love
but all they’re doing is destroying beautiful roses
that will never lead them to anyone
so get off of that dirty, bacteria infested floor
so stop tumbling around to grab at roses
they’re not going to lead you anywhere, dearest maiden.
