Black water looms in front of me
And as my name is read deeper in insincerity
Days are lifted over and over again

A row of harsh graves for hours on end,
Lined up like late families around me
Again and again, I see hallucinations

Tried to see the end of it
Through miles of vapor, I barely managed
Years and years strung around like chains
Dragging the waters behind me

All broken trails lead to home,
Although hope is misleading and faith bends
Though the forest is blurry and its secrets unknown,
I know you’ll find a way back again
