My life is in jeopardy

From retail therapy

Crawling from store to store

Until my whole body is sore

She says she knows what she needs

(It’s a habit she feeds)

With every shop

My demeanour just drops

My interest wanes

I'm destroying my brain

These shoes, that dress

Plastic melting under stress

Another booth, another stall

My future ahead is one big mall

At last, the torture nears its end

Closing time, my faithful friend

But disaster, no! My heart is stopping

She's found a place with all night shopping!
