The woman I love, she loves me too
She just doesn’t know it yet
I think about her incessantly
Though we haven’t even met
I try to see her every day
I follow in her wake
I scrutinise her constantly
Absorbing every move she makes
I know her image intimately
From head to fingertips
Her hair, her eyes, the clothes she wears
The colour of her lips
She’s in my every single thought
Morning, noon, and night
I can’t eat, or sleep, or even bathe
Without her image in my sight
I’d dearly love to talk to her
Just one thing makes me fail
That police restraining order
And the looming threat of jail!
