Where do I sit in the river of life?
Where do I go?
Shall I flow along its edges?
Being tumbled and spun by life’s little eddies.
Or shall I take the smoother middle path?
Or should I decide not to go with the flow at all?
Should I travel upstream to the rivers source instead?
What if by doings so it proves nothing?
Should I then return to the flow?
Maybe I should be a stationary barrier in the flow?
Making the flow change as it passes me by.
I need to know, how shall I go, amongst the flow.
