just a little poem.

All the stories we've been told

But our souls we have sold

For this life in comfort

But do you know

What it is to be human?

We let children die

Needlessly we let souls fly

Easy to save a life, but we don't

Are we this then

That is called human?

Bloodshed in a distant land

Blood shed not by our hand

We say, no reason for us to care

Could we call this

To be human?

Hear the human children crying

Above the screams of families dying

Red blood spilled, same as ours

So is it right to claim

That we are human?

Same as our, their blood is red

It could've been you family, lying dead

He who could've stopped it sat idle

Surely you don't say

That he is human?

To be human is to close your eyes

To be human is to live by lies

Don't blame others till you blame yourself

Should we be proud then

To be human?
