MOTHER

Mother take my hand I beg
Lead me to where the good belong,

Mother Take my heart I beg
Don’t throw me away as I don’t belong,

Mother hear my cry I beg
Don’t let it fall on deaf ears,

Mother hold me close to you
Let me share the love I give to you,

Mother teach me right from wrong,
Or at least help me find the path,
To lead me to have a good heart,

Mother wipe my tears away
Don’t turn and look the other way

Mother hear my prayer at night

All I want is you to love me,

Is my plight.
