A LIFE FOR A LIFE

Eyes blood with vengeance and Hate
I saw you standing by the Gate,
The Rage, the Anger,
I need to escape,
The feelings are fierce
I stand here gun in hand
Trigger bucked ready to strike
Do I take your life?
I need peace tranquillity
Let my senses be free
She was so close to me,
That day the wind blew
The rain poured down
Why did she drown?
Day after Day it spins round
Driving me mad to this crime
You did not save her
Just yourself
Not a scratch on you
When they pulled her out she had turned blue,
The autopsy said accidental death
Through drowning
You never loved her the way I do
If you had you would have sacrificed your life too
Just by trying to rescue her
She was young and innocent too.
So the car spun round the bend
Clipped your wing
Throwing your car in to a spin,
Then straight into the lake
For her then it was too late
Why did you leave her?
Anger and Hurt
The Trigger pulled
Ending our lives for ever
A LIFE FOR A LIFE
MY HEAVENLY WIFE.
