She sits huddled against the wall,
Her tears flowing down her cheeks.
Her masscara is running,
Her tears taint the ground as they fall.
If only she would see...

She writes in crimson red lipstick "I Want To Be Pretty" on the wall next to her.
Her pale skin blends in with the pale tile of the wall,
The crimson red lipstick starts to run.
She cannot help but to let her tears keep falling,
She could care less about the lipstick running.
If only she could see what she is,
Instead of what she is told.

Her hair is messed up from her gripping onto it out of frustration,
She cannot see past the tears which blind her,
She is loosing all emotion...
She just wishes she could be pretty...
Maybe if she was pretty,
Things would be different at home for her...

She keeps crying,
Not stoping the flow,
Not until the lipstick is completely worn off...
The rain comes,
The soothing wonderful rain.
It rains on her as she sits nex to that wall.
She looks up,
Her face is cleared of those tears.
The wall is clean.
Now she can begin to see,
She is pretty.
