Time and time and time again

We search and quest without an end

Us piteous fools, vainly striving

Pushing, forcing, always driving

Time and time and time again

We rush and careen around each bend

Look at us never coming to a halt

We see no beauty but find no fault

Time and time and time again

We don't see what is now or was then

Yes, the future may be bright

But it must be enjoyed with present sight.

Time and time and time no more

Shall I waste life and ignore

The presence of the present day

And enjoy the present where I stay.
