Ironed dressed man of the chair

The holder of supreme power

His promised words echo provinces

Forgot words when came to action

He spoke of peace, and justice

Fell deaf when begged for those promises

This land has million dispossessed

All lay in barren populated graveyard

Cries rained on mother’s lap

The corner of her veil has collected woes

He is a good image of media’s screen

Claim he makes for this land

Stoned to dignity by his nation

In shame of failure, collapses his seat

He lives in clouds up in the sky

His nation lives in red stained land

He peeks at the deadly land

Condemns in vain the loss of lives

Goes back in his supreme cage

Sleeps the slumber of rabbit

He = refers to government
