Waves crashed in endless motion
Rocks do break to tiny shells
Twisted caress that lingers silent
Washing against an endless tide
Moon waning in the midnight grace
Of memories that lock in stars
Coveting sleep which never comes
And hands that steal thy breath
Singing seductively as mirrors break
Cradling the lunar light in tone
Ripples of menace shine with sadness
Touch the distance that spreads within
Intimate shadows do curdle lucidity
Around woven intricacies of grass
Wisps that blow while a silent scream clamors
To transcend what lies within the clouds
Filtering with insanity
A sacred malice deep in the heart
Severance that calls to those
Who ache for guidance true
Change consumes as seasons pass
The waves crash, never ending in their light
Spreading in momentous chagrin
As night beckons those lost
“Come to me”
The voice doth whisper
“Hear within a plea that aches..
Come to me”
Echoes cry in stupor
“Feel that which I give..
And let me in.. “
Circumventing in collaborative essence
The sand drains into foaming licks
Taken back to it’s very core
With the words that carry it so
“Touch thy lips
And feel how parched
One miniscule droplet of lust..
May bring to them
A beating heart
And a life, left for dead….”
