The Rain Fall

First, just a drop, then several follow

Pounding hard as it might

Harder, faster, a race to die

Cold winds fly in

A static of radio when soft

Rolling of clouds above

Electrical charges collide

Unbearable noises made pleasurable

By steady drip-drops of music

Very relaxing at times

Falling, falling, boom! Pop!

A flash of light across the sky

A gift and a curse at the same time.
