Spring is Here

The daffodils bloom in the warm afternoon air

As the birds return from their winter somewhere

The grasses grow green with each passing day

“Winter is now gone,” the world seems to say

The night still holds to its bitter little bite

But the day takes pride showing off its spring time treasure

As though saying spring is better than any time other

Winter is cold and the weather quite rough

And summer’s to hot without water enough

Fall isn’t too bad, if you don’t mind the winds

But spring is glorious, where all life begins

I bid you good day and beg of you this

Please step outside and enjoy springs BLISS
