It's a sad love poem, which is a bit dark and told in the point of view of a boy. I think this is the longest poem I've written!

It hit me.
Its great force causing me to fall to the floor, bleeding out my emotions.
Eyes stinging and chest throbbing, I’m wishing and wishing.
I’m dying-Let’s face it, I’m already dead.
You knew me so well.
I loved you, oh well.
After thrusting your hand deep into my chest, you rip my heart from the seams.
Dissecting it, you learn all of my secrets.
And use them against me.
You knew me so well.
I loved you, oh well.
Because this love was a lie.
The wilted rose resembles my soul.
We pluck it from its habitat and watch it slowly die in admiration.
Slowly starving and suffocating.
The petals fall delicately to the floor just as my tears do.
You were my one-My only, but it doesn’t matter.
It never has.
So, I bid you farewell as I swallow the pills.
And brace myself for eternal sleep.
Death bestows a kiss upon my frozen lips and lays me down to rest.
Farewell.
